1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any assessment you book through it.
1.2 This website is operated by OPULENCE FLOW (PTY) LTD, registration number 2026/823815/07 ("Opulence Flow", "we", "us"), on behalf of the dental practice featured on this website (the "Practice").
1.3 Opulence Flow provides marketing and appointment-booking services to the Practice. We are not a dental or healthcare provider. All assessments, advice and treatment are provided by the Practice and its registered dental practitioners, who are solely responsible for clinical care.
1.4 By booking an assessment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Practice's name, address and contact details are shown on the booking page and in your booking confirmation.
2.1 When you book, you choose a date and time from the Practice's available slots. The booking team may contact you to confirm it.
2.2 You must give accurate contact details. Bookings with false or unreachable details may be cancelled.
2.3 The Practice may need to reschedule your appointment because of clinical or operational reasons. If this happens, you will be offered another time.
2.4 Booking an assessment does not oblige you to start any treatment.
3.1 Depending on the Practice and your needs, the assessment may include an oral examination, a digital scan, X-rays and/or a consultation with a dentist or orthodontist. The Practice decides what is clinically appropriate.
3.2 Where the offer on this website states that the assessment is free, the free offer covers only what is described on this website. If the Practice recommends anything that is not included (for example, additional X-rays), it must tell you what it is and what it costs before doing it, and you may decline.
3.3 Any treatment recommendation is made by the Practice after it has assessed you. Information on this website is general and is not dental or medical advice.
4.1 Offers on this website are made by the Practice and are valid only on the terms, dates and limits shown with the offer.
4.2 The Practice may change or end an offer at any time. This does not affect a booking already confirmed under that offer.
4.3 Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.1 No payment is taken on this website.
5.2 Any prices, "from" prices or monthly amounts mentioned on this website or by the booking team are general guides only. Your actual treatment price depends on your assessment and will be confirmed by the Practice in writing before you agree to treatment.
5.3 Payment plans or finance options, where offered, are provided by the Practice or a third-party finance provider and are subject to their terms and to approval. Opulence Flow does not provide credit.
5.4 Medical aid cover depends on your scheme and plan. Please confirm cover with your medical aid before starting treatment.
6.1 Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do so by replying to your confirmation message or contacting the Practice.
6.2 Some practices charge a cancellation, late-arrival or missed-appointment fee. If the Practice does, it will tell you the fee before or when your booking is confirmed. No such fee applies unless you were told about it beforehand.
6.3 If you arrive late, the Practice may need to shorten or reschedule your assessment.
7.1 You must be 18 or older to book for yourself.
7.2 Assessments for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who must attend the assessment with the child. By booking for a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.
By booking, you agree to receive booking confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages about your enquiry by SMS, email and phone, sent in the Practice's name. Promotional messages are only sent if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or clicking "unsubscribe". Phone calls may be recorded, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
9.1 Every patient is different. Treatment time, comfort and results depend on your individual clinical situation and on following the Practice's instructions.
9.2 Any patient stories, reviews, ratings or before-and-after images on this website are individual experiences of the Practice's patients. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same result.
9.3 Neither the Practice nor Opulence Flow guarantees any particular treatment outcome.
10.1 You may use this website only for lawful purposes, and only to learn about the Practice and book an assessment.
10.2 The content of this website, including text, images and design, belongs to the Practice, Opulence Flow or their licensors, and may not be copied without permission.
10.3 We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
11.1 Opulence Flow is responsible only for operating this website and the booking process. The Practice is solely responsible for all clinical assessments, advice, treatment, pricing and patient care.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, Opulence Flow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for the acts or omissions of the Practice.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that protects you as a consumer or patient.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
13.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking.
13.3 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
